Issues

Any issue that is an issue for one, is an issue in oneself.

The fact that something is bothersome implies it is not resolved in self. 

Simple to state but difficult to see especially since we all have blind spots. 

Limited

People are limited. They are limited in their thoughts. They do not want to see other perspectives. But that's ok. Everyone is learning.
